When we get a GS API error, can we make the reason more specific on the pop up? Ex. incomplete enrollment, duplicate (or already funded), address typo, etc.

Jillian Gaskins: we will make alerts as helpful as possible! the point of an alert is to equip the user with how to solve the problem. we will work to make errors descriptive and please provide feedback in testing if you run into anything unhelpful!

When GS deactivates an account, can OPTIMUS tell them why they were deactivated. Ex. Training, fraud, inactivity, etc.

Jillian Gaskins: hey! based on our SSO convo with the tech teams recently, the GS API will be telling the FinPortal enrollment status and Finportal will restrict access to O+ if the contractor is not active. So contractors cannot even login to O+ bc FinPortal would be stopping them. Connect with EGIA tech team for building in helpful deactivation messages.

Have a text and email notification when their GS training (one or two) is about to expire.

Each Merchants’ admin accounts should show the GS compliance training (one and two) status for all users within their respective account

User Training carried over to new platform – requiring users to re-train would be a terrible experience. We also need to ensure their legal name or nickname is recognized. If one of the training is not completed, we need to be able to specify which one is incomplete to the contractor--and where to go to complete it with a pop-up and email to the admins (specify which user needs to do it).
